One Week Old!

Kolby Tate turned one week old. She is full of so many facial expressions and constantly keeps mom and dad entertained.

That's what was in your belly for so long?

Revo, our chocolate lab, was ready and waiting to meet Kolby. He has been so amazing with her. We were worried about the adjustment for Revo but he has been so great. He loves Kolby and is constantly concerned about her when she cries. We think he is a great and protective big brother! Now we know he is the perfect dog!

Since we can't really go out of the house much - we took Kolby to her Gammy and Po's to have a little outside time in the shade of course! Luckily it was very breezy but that didn't seem to affect her ability to snooze. She has her Daddy's ability to sleep through anything!

Kolby has finally arrived!

We waited and waited and waited but it was well worth it. We were induced on Tuesday morning, May 20th and 11 hours later Kolby Tate came into this world surrounded by her family. We are all excited about her birth and Kolby has one extremely proud mommy and daddy. She is beautiful - all 6lbs and 14 ounces of her :)

She's almost here!

Kolby Tate is almost here! We went to our 38-week appt today and we are on our way to meeting our little girl! We are very excited and anxious. We will have a lot of change in the month of May. We will be welcoming a new little baby girl and a new little girl puppy. We know we have our work cut out for us but it will be well worth the challenge. We hope Revo will adjust well and be excited to have a bigger family!
