My mom and dad - finally dressed for the occasion!

Kolby, Mommy and Daddy were dressed to impress at Aunt Heather's wedding so it was the perfect time for a family picture. Don't be surprised if this comes in the form of a Christmas card later! :)

Flower Girl at your service!

Kolby was the Honorary Flower Girl at her Aunt Heather's and Uncle Jonathan's wedding last week. She took her duties VERY seriously. She wore the dress and the shoes and made to sure be very good during the ceremony (she slept the whole time!!! - PHEW!!!). Kolby is super excited to have another uncle! She thought her Aunt looked very beautiful too!

Happy Baby Pose (with my toes)

Kolby loves to help momma during her diaper change by sticking her toes in her mouth. What a big help. Apparently this is also known as "Happy Baby Pose" in yoga!

Before and After the Fingers

Scene: Kolby finally finds her fingers again and returns to her peaceful state . Disaster successfully averted!

Scene: Kolby realizes her fingers have disappeared and realizes that life as she knows it is over!!!! How could this happen to me???!!!

Who Loves the Bumbo? I do!

Being a parent you learn that there are a lot of things with very funny names like the boppy, the binky and of course the bumbo! The bumbo is a chair that helps little ones to sit up! Kolby is spending more and more time in her bumbo!

We don't have too many family pictures since either one of us are always taking the pictures.

We got this onesie when we visited Luckenbach. The only bad thing is everyone calls her a boy in it! Girls can love country music too!

Kolby has started to suck on her fingers like crazy!

Kolby is starting to enjoy tummy time. I think mostly she loves looking at the mirror and ladybugs.

Can you tell Daddy is watching me?

Yup - football season has officially begun. If you can tell Daddy loves to watch football and is trying to make a huge fan outta me. It does help that there is a big TV with lots of colors and people running all over!

Am I already getting scolded?

Kolby loves looking at her cousin Piper. She has a knack for getting Kolby to smile and pay attention to her. Hopefully that will still work in about 5 years......

Mirror Mirror

Kolby loves to look in mirrors now. I am not sure if she is thinking it is really cool that she has a playmate or "wow that baby is super cute!" Either way it keeps her entertained!

Invasion of the Coneheads!

Who knew the coneheads would be back! Kolby was wondering what was going on when we all wore these hats at Zane's birthday party. See any resemblence?
