Practice makes Perfect!

Well Po and daddy must be in cahoots. As soon and mommy and daddy bought a new house with a really big yard - Po started taking me on lawnmower "rides." I hope they realize that I am only 3 months old and need some more time before I can mow the yard by myself! In the meantime I don't mind going on fun rides and not training rides :) hehe

I have no clue what what so funny - I just know that it was!

Kolby's laugh is contagious! She smiles all the time now and occasionally those smiles turn into all out laughs. They are the best thing in the whole world! She is such a happy little girl!

Mother Teresa Imitation

Kolby is very talented! She didn't even realize how talented she was when she was doing this Mother Teresa imitation!

Beer Belly Competition!

Kolby is very competitive. We think she must get that from her mom :)

When she saw Daddy with a little beer belly she decided that it was time to show off her stuff. I think she may have beat Daddy!

Bares generation picture

When Kolby was up in Minnesota we were able to take the last generation picture with the Bares family. Kolby got to meet her Dad's maternal grandparents for the 1st time!

Dad is so talented!

When we were in Houston - dad found creative ways to entertain Kolby. He was able to watch CNBC, drink a beer and play with me. WOW!

Sleeping Angel!

Kolby and mommy followed daddy to a training he was teaching in Houston and spent some time in the hotel hanging out together. Mom passed time while Kolby was sleeping by taking lots of pictures! What a little angel!

Frequent Flyer

She may have only been a little over 2 months old but Kolby completed her 1st airplane trip sucessfully. We flew up to Minneapolis for a family reunion. The flight up was a no-brainer and the ride home had a little more adventure. All in all she did great and made mommy and daddy very proud!

Kolby Update - 3 months!

Its been a while since I have updated the blog. In the meantime we have been a little busy. We moved into a new house and now Kolby and the dogs will have a big backyard to play in! We love the new house but it has been a bit hectic in our household.

Kolby has been growing like a weed. At her 2 month appt at the doctor she weighed 11 lbs 6 oz which was close to doubling her birth weight. She laughs all the time which is the most amazing feeling her dad and I have ever known.

She is 3 months old now and has discovered her hands. She stares at them and then when she realizes she has control over them and can out them in her mouth she is overjoyed! She sucks on her fingers non-stop which we think is helping her with her teething. She seems to young to already be teething but she is. She has a couple of teeth that will be coming out soon and so she puts anything and everything in her mouth.

We have been working on tummy time to strengthen those neck muscles. She is starting to enjoy it more and more. For a while we would find new ways to get her to hold her head up without being on her tummy and she loved it!
