Its been a while since my last blog. I have been doing lots of things in the meantime but am going to strive to keep everyone updated. We changed the name of our blog to the Dennison Gals since there are a lot of us. Daddy is doing great being surrounded by all of his girls. It doesn't hurt that they adore him.
Update on Kolby: Kolby is one of the happiest kids I have ever been around. She is constantly smiling and also amazing her daddy and I with all of the things she learns (especially things she overhears when we didn't even think she was listening.....she is ALWAYS listening!!). She is a great big sister. She loves to hug and kiss her baby sister and will also promptly alert mommy when "baby sister is crying." Kolby is getting more and more interested in music. She has her daily requests on the radio when driving in the car including the latest: 1) Honky Tonk Man by Dwight Yoakum - aka Honky Man 2) California Girls by Katy Perry aka the "oh oooohha oh oh oooohha song" and 3) Papparazzi by Lady Gaga aka Apa Aparachi.
Update on Rylan: Rylan is almost 3 months old now and she smiles all the time just like her sister. It is the best feeling in the world when she smiles. She loves to be talked to and will "coo" all day long to whomever talks to her. It is so much fun to see those special moments of Kolby and Rylan interacting and Kolby gets so excited when Rylan "talks" to her. The main difference when comparing Rylan to Kolby as a baby - is that Kolby loved the car and Rylan, although she is getting better, can scream for a very long time in the car seat. She has stamina too - she can last longer than I can and we have ended up pulling over multiple times to try to console her. Even Kolby puts her hand on her head and begs her to stop. Poor Kolby. Rylan is taking the world in and we are having a ball watching her grow.
